Where can I go for free health and dental care?

I have no income and I am deathly afraid of hospitals in the idea itself. In my mind, hospitals are where people go to die, I know that it is an illogical frame of mind as most might say it is a place where people go to get better but I feel as though any time I go near a hospital I am becoming infected with numerous diseases and such. So I guess I am sort of in a pickle or something, all I know is that there are a few spots on my abdomen that have hard lumps that are growing. I highly doubt that suddenly funny gremlins are going to pop out of my flesh from these locations. I am willing to go to a hospital or something like that as I am sure that in the US doctors don't just come to peoples houses for free to then do a swift cancer check or something. I live in north western wisconsin near a town called Hudson WI. If I can find a place to go to see if there is anything that can/needs to be done concerning these spots on my body I would greatly appreciate it. I have lost two teeth in the past two years despite frequent brushing and I know that if I don't do something drastic another tooth is going to crumble. So along with a place to get some sort of free check up for my body is there a place anyone knows of where I can get some free dental work done? Thank you very much.
