Gums just bleed out of nowhere?

what the hell this is so annoying. Lately my gums sometimes just bleed out of nowhere. My dental care is still like regular. This morning when I used Scope and after spat it out. The gums bled again. ???????

you should take care of oral hygiene yourself. brush ur teeth twice a day properly in front, top and back of the teeth. the surfaces can be brushed away but the spaces between the can not be cleaned with the brush so after the brushing u should floss between ur teeths properly, its good if it bleeds. it bleeds only for few days or week. after the flossing, rinse ur mouth properly with a normal mouthwash. do this everyday and u ll find the difference in a month time. otherwise u can go to the dental hygienist. he ll clean the teeth and teach u how to care of good oral hygiene.
