Since we got universial health care now who do I sende my bill to get paid?

I am on welfair with my four kids and they needed to get dental work done and i took them all in for a physcical but I wait for after the obama health care act to get passed. After it got pased I took them to the hosptial where i told them i did not care about the bill, because iwould get it paid for, and than they only gave them the phsycials because they said they did not have thier shots and I did not take them in too many years, but then i got refused at the dentisst, and they sent me a bill from the hospital so how do i use the universial health care now?
