it's been bugging me and sometimes they hurt... Is it poor dental care cuz i take great care of my teeth?

One of the reasons can be that u have a cold! but otherwise, it's just maybe because it's dry or something.... if they fade and go away, dont worry about it! oh i remeber, Lack of vitamin C is also another reason
