I got my tooth pulled about 2 months ago and just a few weeks ago i noticed a small white dot... and the days went by i relized it was a piece of a tooth and it began popping out of the side of my gums... my adult tooth is already grown in so what could this be? how can i take care of it at home?

Hey there, This small piece of "tooth" is probably a root or bone fragment that was left at the time of extraction. Like a splinter, it has worked its way out of your gum and is now exposed. It needs to be removed. If you can do it at home, more power to you. Otherwise, you might have to check with your dentist. He/she can pop it out usually quite easily for you. Best of luck to you. ;-)
