in need complete dental care?

like... how shud i keep my teeth white all the time, how to make my gums look fairer,and how 2 keep my tongue clean

Keep your teeth and gums by brushing and flossing daily (if unsure of the proper technique next time you go to the dentist ask them to show you). Try brushing you tongue with your tooth brush or you can purchase a tongue scraper. To keep them white go to your dentist for routine check up and cleanings. They can usually polish away surface stains. If that's not white enough try using crest white strips or see if you dentist could whiten them for you.
