I'm in desperate need of dental care, can anyone help me?

My family doesn't have a dental plan, and never has so we've always had to pay the full price for any work that needed to be done. I haven't seen a dentist in over a year, and the last time I saw him I was told I needed serious work done. It's only gotten worse. My teeth are falling out, I have cavities and I can't stand to look at them anymore. I'm scared to smile in front of people and I cry about this everyday. I don't know what to do anymore, I really need help.

how old are you? If you are under 18 i would see if there is a government funded program in your area that will help you. you usually have to see the dentist they chose but at least that may help. like in California we have medical and medicade...(not sure on the spelling of that one)
