Can you get porcelain veneers on the NHS for free if on maternity leave?

Just had mine done abroad- they look fantastic but now the in-laws are moaning saying that I wasted money since I recently had a baby and am in-titled to free dental care. I had 4 veneers and 2 crowns replaced for no other reason than aesthetics. Years ago I had to have one replaced in uk- paid £245 for 1 tooth and had no choice in the colour. So thats why I had it done abroad. Who is right- in-laws or myself?

I really doubt ANY public assistance program covers aesthetics at all. None in the US do and NHS wouldn't be wise to do it either. I'm glad you got what you wanted.
