Does anyone know of any low-cost dental clinics in NC?

I do not have insurance, nor do I have enough money to go to the dentist. I have enough money to cover gas only until the next pay period, and even then I don't have extra income to go to the dentist. I am having terrible mouth pain and now my lymph nodes are even starting to swell because obviously I have some sort of infection going on ( I have an impacted wisdom tooth.) Are there options out there for people whom are without health insurance who can't afford care besides medicaid, as that is not an option for me, especially since I own my home. I am really frustrated and can hardly eat from the pain, and with these gas prices all my extra money is being eaten up. Any good advice anyone?
