interested in dental care, house repairs, free money
--------------------
Free stuff is for kids and very low income people who go to social services or charity organizations. The Lyons Clubs gives away free eyeglasses. There is no cash assistance outright but Salvation Army does offer one time rental deposits, apartment rent payments and utility payments for people about to be shut off. Many local charities exist every city. You have to scout around and find out who they are. You can call Council on Aging or other senior referral services in your area. Dental care under Medicaid is mostly restricted to children. You can get low cost dental through a dental school. Many dental groups make payment arrangements. You can also get a special credit card for medical and dental use only. It is called Care Credit. I would check your public health service. They might have a low income dental clinic. You can call around to home repair people and stores who usually give a senior discount. Google for "free stuff". Craigslist has a Free Stuff category. Thats all I can think of. I am a senior and get only food free at the food pantries and through a senior advocacy group.
