Is a filling falling out worth £45,500 compensation?

I knew I was in the wrong profession, I should have been a lag. I fell from a ladder at work when the thing collapsed underneath me in a big heap and I broke my lower leg in 3 places (tib, fib and ankle). I did actually claim because I was given defective equipment to use and it was proven to be not my fault but due to the negligence of others. I had to have two operations, 13 weeks off work and my leg still gives me trouble 6 years later and I've had other complications too because of my accident. Me? How much did I get? Oh I got £14K for my troubles. My days for playing for Man United are now numbered LOL. I think I'll get banged up and sue the prison service for something after reading that.
