Universal Health Care?

I am wanting to know what your view on universal health care is.. This is where you would pay more taxes but than all HEALTH care including dental and Nursing homes were covered, you never had to pay any co-pays and insurance..You could go to the doctor when ever you wanted and did not have to pay..? Please I just want to get a idea about how people feel about this.. I DID ASK IN POLITICS AND ONLY GOT TWO ANSWER..SO I AM TRYING MY LUCK IN THIS CATEGORY :)

I am in favor of universal socialized health care. It sucks to see people suffer because they have no money.
