Cheap dental insurance?

Okay here is the problem. My both parents actually get payed well (dad is a builder and mom is a nurse at hospital) but they can't afford me a dental insurance because it costs a lot and they have car house etc loans. But i have dental prob. My gum is swallowing. My grandmother is experienced dentist over 40+ years (now retired) and she told me that I have gum swallowing caused by wisdom teeth so I they either have to get pulled it our or fixed it. It's not hurting me but sometimes I can feel pressure under my wisdom teeth and it irritates me so bad. But because we live in so weird country where health insurance is so fu***ed up and there isn't free health insurance (what almost all other countries in world has, even CUBA etc, but because we like to fight with other countries and politicians doesn't care about other people health besides them self and even people who are 18 and under can't get free dental help) I/we can't afford dental help for me.
