I dont deny youre work and skill. but dental is MEDICAL care and medical providers make concessions to help poor lower middle class and forgeiners. When are you going to stop going to conventions and block out anyone with no money from getting necessary oral surgery and help for their teeth. YOU guys are the NEW MAFIA if you ask me.

But think about this: Would you insist a shoemaker give away free shoes, or a carpenter build you a free house? Why do you expect dentists to give away free dental care?
