I'm sixteen and in full time education, the thing is I have really goofy front teeth which to be honest I'm sick of after 16 years. I heard dentists can file/grind down the tooth to reshape them, and I was wondering if I'd be eligable to have that done free or whether because my problem isn't a risk to my health, then I'd have to pay for it? :S anyways, I'd like to know whether I can get it down free before I have to start paying for my dental care or I'll hve to wait till I'm older when I can afford to have private dental care :)
