Cost of dental care for military spouse stationed in germany?

I was told that spouse dental will be covered 100% while stationed in Germany because spouses use Military Treatment Facilities too. Is that true or does it cost the same as the dental in the states?

all dental is covered although what you can get done will be basic stuff only.. cleanings, maybe a cvaity filled, not much else.. major work is not available for the most part( root canals, etc).
