Does the Health Reform Bill make *any* provisions for adult dental care?

I read a book about the Health Reform bills, and it talked about dental care for children. That's all good and well, but what about adult dental care, especially for the disabled and impoverished? I saw nothing about provisions for adult dental care above the barely minimal provisions already in place in Medicaid and Medicare.
