I am trying to help a friend out who lives in South Carolina she needs dental care but I cant find any social service organizations to help her ,they denied her for Medicaid ,are there any more options in south Carolina to help a very low income person get dental care?

Try calling a state hospital and ask them, hopefully they can lead you in the right direction. Call the red cross and also the united way
