Wait a minute.... I'm going to get FINED for not signing up for health care? When did Stalin take over?

Everytime I've had health insurance through an employer I pay thousands a year for NOTHING. I'm in my mid-20s, healthy with no major issues My medical visits amount to 2 physicals, 2 dental cleanings and about 10 boxes of contact lenses per year. Out of pocket in my city that comes out to less than around 1700 a year. What if a young single simply doesn't want to pay 3000-4000 dollars a year for medical coverage they never use?

And remember, it's a "fine" instead of a "tax" so that wouldn't be a broken promise not to raise taxes on those making under 250,000. Geeze, what is hypocrite! I hope this dies really fast.
