can i save my teeth?

i recently went to a dental clinic for people who cant afford dental care and the denist there told me 3 of my upper teeth or to bad to save i guess they dont do root work it i hhave a few already gone on my upper jaw on both sides and some gone on my bottom he says we can save the bottom teeth just a few cavities he said lets just pull all the upper ones even most can be saved so you wont have to replace a partial later down the road i found it odd he didnt give me any info on root canels when is to late for that? they dont hurt but i do have some big holes in some and it feels like two of them are half gone but the ones he says cant be saved dont have holes in them they just feel a little week any way again when is to late to save them with root work and i think i should find another denist because i wasnt saving much there

well,if you can try to find another doctor and get your root canals. they're not fun in the least, just to let you kow. if you go to the doctor and he says it's too late to save them, that's when it's too late & you have to get them pulled, pray that they're not infected. if they are infected, it'll hurt REALLY bad to get them out, but I guess it's worth it. it teaches you to take care of them.
