Is this piece of text persuasive? :S?

Been asked to find piece of persuasive text for homework. Here it is: "Your local NHS dentist is closer than you think... It's a lot easier to see an NHS dentist than many people expect. And it's getting easier every day. It's always a good idea to look after your teeth, do if you'd like to find out where you can recieve quality, low-cost NHS dental care or you're in need of emergency treatment now, call our... *blah blah blah*" Now i thought it was persuasive because its personal it used 2nd person.. and because its relaxing and friendly so it appeals to you because you don't feel pressured into it... maybe i'm wrong? :/

it seems pretty persuasive why not choose something like why tv is bad for u or something bc the now call our blah blah blah part can be quite annoying when u get that a lot but it is persuasive but an article normally has something it wants to persuade u of, maybe why children are overweight these days things like that this is fine though 2 =D
