PLEASE help!?

It's a long quesiton, but very imporant! In a few months, I will be leaving home for college. I am going to be buying a home with my boyfriend and we will be living there with our puppy. What I need to know is any ways you know of to save money on anything. ANYthing you can think of, from really good coupon books or discount stores to free dental care, etc. I have already thought of the department of health in the county I will be living for free birth control and dental visits (I do this in the county in which I currently live). I also found a company that pays for your gas if you let them put advertisement on your car. I also looked at ourownhome.com, which should help me get my mortgage. Craigslist.com is probably where I'll look for some items for the house. Wow I just typed a lot... but ANYTHING you can think of is helpful!!!! and will be greatly appreciated!
