Please be specific! Like, should I use Listerine Total Care, or Crest ProHealth, or a different brand, or what?! I have no idea what to get! (I don't have gum disease, and my teeth are average color and health. So what would you recommend to the "average" patient?) Thanks!!!! **By the way, I brush my teeth with ProNamel Gentle Whitening. That's good, right?
