Dental care in the UK, but im not registerd to a dentist ?

im 23 and i haven't been to the dentist since i was about 15 years old due to the fact that i have really good teeth and never needed to go.the last few days tho my wisdom tooth is coming through and is really painfull but im not registerederd to any dentist i dont have a clue where to go or who to ring and iv heard its really hard to get a dentist but i am in quite alot of pain at the min lol any one have any ideas where i could start or get some treatment im in the manchester area
