When will people in the USA all have health care & will it include dental & eye care?

I would love to live in a country where everyone had a nice smile. Where everyone could see if glasses would improve their eyesight. I have worn glasses since I was about 5 years old & I can not imagine my life without them......Is this all going to come up to be voted on in congress soon or is it waiting in a long line behind many more important things?
