No money, but need urgent dental care!?

I am unemployed, no benefits. 25 years old. And my teeth are really in a bad state. and i have been having toothache for months now, on and off. last few days it has been worse than ever. i have tried solpadeine, paracetamol, diclofenac, salt water, clove oil, holding hot and cold on my cheek. nothing helps. and i can barely manage to buy food and pay the bills, so i have no money for dentist. what to do? i am in agony.... please help!

All you need to do is go to your local Accident and Emergency hospital. They won't do everything but they should make sure you are out of pain and advise you where you can find a NHS dentist. Don't keep spending money on pain killers - go and get something done with your teeth and get rid of the horrible pain. Best of luck!
