For former Abercrombie & Fitch employee's ???

After working at this company for nine months, I really want out !!! How do you tell your manager that you want to resign ? Several reasons why I want to leave this company: 1) They dont take good care of their employees 2) No Medical, Dental, Vision, Life benefits !!! 3) The pay is very low - minimum wage !!! 4) Employees are not given proper breaks, some of the managers constantly forget to give them their breaks, seriously overworking employees !!! 5) No 401k 6) A few of the managers are very rude to employees. When I changed to overnight shift one time, this one manager who is a hardcore perfectionist made this one girl cry by yelling at her for not folding clothes to her standards of perfection. I really felt sorry for her afterwards and she was doing her best. She quit afterwards. Honestly that F****** manager could have said it in another way. This clearly shows how poorly Abercrombie & Fitch managers treat their employees !!!
